Welcome to Our YouTube Channel!  These videos on Greek mythology were specifically created for the young and young at heart!  With the elementary school student in mind, the videos introduce some of the greatest Greek gods and goddesses as well as the most renowned Greek myths!  The series begins with a look at Greek goddesses Aphrodite, Artemis, Athena, and Hera.  Jump into these videos to learn fun facts about these celebrated Greek goddesses including learning more about their births and Roman names.  Additionally, there is a video on the golden apple of discord also known as Paris’s judgement.  Athena, Aphrodite, and Hera in this story compete for the apple as the winning goddess is to be deemed most beautiful.  The story is only the beginning as the events unfolding will lead directly to conflict in the Trojan war.  Finally, follow along as we explore the cyclopes in Greek mythology introducing the tale of Odysseus and Polyphemus for kids.  Find out how Odysseus and his men trick the famed cyclops in this classic tale.  The last two videos provide a general overview of the symbols and weapons of the gods and goddesses and creatures and beasts in Greek mythology. They are presented in a question/answer format that promotes interaction and learning.
